Strategický plán vybrané městské části

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této práce je sestavení návrhu strategického plánu pro městskou část Praha-Lipence. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře s problematikou strategického plánování obcí s využitím moderních participačních metod a dále popisuje strukturu města se zaměřením na vývoj a členění Prahy. V rámci praktické části je provedena analýza městské části a jejího vnitřního prostředí, a také sociologické šetření v obci. Dále jsou aplikovány popsané participační metody. Výsledky z analytické části tvoří vstup pro návrhy opatření v rámci akčního plánu návrhové části práce.

The main goal of this theses is to prepare a design of the urban strategic plan of the city district of Prague-Lipence. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the concept of urban strategic planning with an emphasis on modern application of participatory planning projects and it also describes the urban structure and development of Prague. Within the practical part, an analysis of the city district and its internal environment is performed, as well as a sociological survey in the area. Furthermore, the described participatory methods are applied. The results of the analytical part are used as the input proposals of measures within the action plan of the design part of the work.
