Textová analýza nestrukturovaných závadových dat v letecké údržbě

Abstract

Údržba letadel na technické základně v sobě zahrnuje plánované, ale i neplánované opravy. Při provádění oprav dochází k podrobným prohlídkám letadel, které jsou předem objednané zákazníkem. Při těchto prohlídkách je možné objevit jakýkoliv další nevyhovující stav letadla z hlediska zachování letové způsobilosti, který je nutný napravit. Tyto neplánované závady jsou nazývány jako nálezy závad a jsou zavedeny do systému údržbové organizace, které jsou povinny vést záznamy o činnostech provedených na letadlech. Popis nálezu závad vytvářejí mechanici při provádění údržby a většinou mají podobu nestrukturovaného textu. Tato práce se zabývá možností využití automatické analýzy těchto nálezů závad za pomocí softwarového nástroje umožňující textovou analýzu. Pro potřeby této analýzy byl manuálně vytvořen definiční slovník pojmů, který obsahuje komponenty a závady objevující se v záznamech údržby. Tento slovník byl následně použit při automatické textové analýze, kde výstupem je soubor obsahující nalezené pojmy v jednotlivých záznamech, ze kterého může být sestavena statistika nejčastěji se vyskytujících komponentů a závad. Je předpokladem, že tuto statistiku bude možné využít při optimalizaci plánování údržby a snadnějšímu odhalování neplánovaných závad na letadle.

Aircraft maintenance at the technical base includes both scheduled and unscheduled repairs. When performing repairs, there are detailed inspections of aircraft, which are ordered in advance by the customer. During these inspections, it is possible to detect any other unsatisfactory condition of the aircraft in terms of continuing airworthiness, which needs to be corrected. These unplanned failures are called findings and are entered into the maintenance organization's system, which is required to keep records of activities performed on the aircraft. Finding descriptions are created by mechanics during maintenance and are usually in the form of unstructured text. This diploma thesis is about the possibility of using automatic text analysis of these findings using a dedicated software tool. For the purposes of this analysis, a definition dictionary was manually created, which contains components and failures appearing in maintenance records. This dictionary was then used in automatic text analysis, where the output is a file containing the terms found in the individual records, from which statistics of the most common components and failures can be compiled. It is assumed that this statistic can be used for maintenance planning optimization and easier detection of unplanned aircraft failures.
