Drogová kriminalita na území České republiky

Abstract

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je provést ucelený náhled na problematiku omamných a psychotropních látek a drogovou kriminalitu v České republice. Na začátku teoretické části je uvedena historie drog a jsou zde pojmenovány a vysvětleny některé pojmy. Jedná se o drogu, omamné a psychotropní látky, prekursor, jed. Dále jsou v práci rozděleny a popsány vybrané drogy, například marihuana, metamfetamin, heroin, kokain a další. Další část práce je věnována legislativě, a hlavně novým trendům v nedovoleném nakládání s omamnými a psychotropními látkami. Poslední kapitoly teoretické části se budou zabývat prevencí a boji s drogami. V praktické části bakalářské práce budou využity statistické údaje pro vyhodnocení podílu drogové trestné činnosti na té celkové. Období, které je pro tuto část zkoumáno, je od roku 2000 do roku 2019. Jako další bude provedena komparace se zahraničím, kde bude srovnána legislativa a drogová problematika ve vybraných zemích. V diskuzi bude zhodnocena celá praktická část bakalářské práce a navrženy metody k eliminaci zneužívání omamných a psychotropních látek.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide a comprehensive insight of the issue of narcotics and psychotropic substances and drug crime. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with terms and drug history. These terms cover drugs, narcotics and psychotropic substances, precursor, poison. The thesis is divided into several parts, in which selected drugs such as marijuana, methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine and others are described and explained. The next part is dedicated to legislation and especially to new trends in the illicit handling of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. The last chapter of the theoretical part show processes of prevention and fight against drugs. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, the statistical data are used to evaluate the share of drug crime in context of the whole criminal cases. The analyzed period starts in 2000 and lasts to 2019. The next target is to make a comparison with foreign countries, where legislation and drug issues in selected countries are described and compared. The discussion provides the evaluation of the entire practical part of the bachelor thesis, and propose methods that can be used to eliminate the abuse of narcotics and psychotropic substances.
