Abstract

Název práce: Využití fyzioterapie u pacientek po porodu císařským řezem a následná terapie v době šestinedělí Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje fyzioterapii po porodu císařským řezem a v šestinedělí. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol - současný stav, metodika a speciální část. V kapitole současný stav je popsán ženský pohlavní systém, funkční orgánové změny v těhotenství, anatomie pánve, prsy a svalová stavba stabilizačního systému páteře. Následují informace o císařském řezu, šestinedělí a komplikacích s ním spojených. V metodické části jsou představeny vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody. Dále tato kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku sledovaných skupin a stručné informace o zařízení. Speciální část obsahuje anamnézu, vstupní a výstupní údaje pacientek. Součástí této části práce je také sestavená cvičební jednotka využitá k terapii probandek. V závěru speciální části je umístěn vhodný krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Na základě porovnání vstupních a výstupních kineziologických vyšetření je zhodnocen efekt zvolené terapie. Přílohou práce je pohybová aktivita určená pro maminky po skončení šestinedělí.

Title of the thesis: Use of Physiotherapy in Patients after a Caesarean Section and Subsequent Therapy in the Puerperium This bachelor thesis addresses physiotherapy after delivery with Caesarean section and during puerperium. The thesis is divided into three main chapters - current status, methods and special part. The current status chapter describes the female reproductive system, functional organ changes in pregnancy, pelvis anatomy, breasts, and the muscular structure of the spinal stabilisation system. This is followed by information about Caesarean section, puerperium and associated complications. The methods part introduces examination and therapeutic methods. This chapter further describes the characteristic of the followed-up groups and brief information about the facility. The special part contains medical history, baseline and concluding patient data. Part of this section of the thesis is a compiled exercise unit used for proband therapy. The concluding special part is devoted to a suitable short-term and long-term physiotherapy plan. The effect of the chosen therapy is evaluated based on comparison of the baseline and concluding kinesiologic examinations. An annex to the thesis describes exercise activity designed for mothers after the end of puerperium.
