Fyzioterapie u poruch temporomandibulárního kloubu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poruch temporomandibulárního kloubu a možnostmi jejich fyzioterapeutické léčby. Cílem práce je představit možnosti terapie těchto poruch v celé šíři v rámci konzervativního léčení. Dalším cílem práce je porovnat kompletní fyzioterapeutickou léčbu oproti autoterapii. Kapitola Přehled současného stavu obsahuje anatomický popis temporomandibulárního kloubu a jeho přilehlých struktur. Dále obsahuje kineziologický popis kloubu a definici temporomandibulárních poruch s dosavadními možnostmi terapeutických postupů. Následující kapitolou je Metodika, která shrnuje a popisuje vyšetřovací i terapeutické postupy. Speciální část bakalářské práce obsahuje zpracování deseti kazuistik pacientů s touto poruchou. Pacienti byli rozděleni do dvou skupin po pěti, přičemž první skupina podstoupila kompletní fyzioterapeutickou intervenci a druhá skupina pacientů podstoupila autoterapii. Zhodnocení terapie je uvedeno v kapitole Výsledky. Z výsledků vyplývá pozitivní vliv obou přístupů, nicméně po ošetření fyzioterapeutem bylo dosaženo lepších výsledků. Diskuze následně porovnává skupiny pacientů v závislosti na úspěchu léčby a pojednává o problematice tohoto tématu v širším kontextu. Závěr hodnotí splnění cílů a přínos práce.

The bachelor paper addresses the issue of temporomandibular joint disorders and possible ways of its physical therapy treatment. The aim of the work is to introduce possible ways of the therapy of these disorders in its entirety within the conservative treatment. Another aim of the work is to compare a complete physical therapy treatment with the autotherapy. The current state of the art chapter contains an anatomical description of temporomandibular joint and its related structures. It furthermore describes the kinesiology of the joint and defines the temporomandibular disorders along with the existing ways of therapeutic treatment. The chapter Methodology summarizes and describes examination and therapeutic methods. The specialized part of the bachelor paper contains ten case studies of patients suffering from this disorder. The patients were divided into two groups of five, while the first groups underwent a complete physical intervention and the second group of patients underwent the autotherapy. The assessment of the therapy is presented in the chapter Results. These results show a positive effect of both approaches, nonetheless better results were achieved after physiotherapy treatment. The discussion subsequently compares the groups of patients depending on the success of the treatment and presents this issue in a broader context. The concluding part assesses the fulfillment of the aims and contribution of this work.
