Využití vybraných metod v terapii nestabilního kolenního kloubu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na terapii nestabilního kolenního kloubu pomocí dvou různých terapeutických metod. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda dochází k posílení svalů kolenního kloubu, zlepšení stability a stavu u pacientů s tímto problémem. V kapitole Současný stav je popsána anatomie, kineziologie a biomechanika kolenního kloubu. Metodologie práce obsahuje vyšetřovací postupy a fyzioterapeutické testy, které byly použity ve speciální části práce. Speciální část této práce obsahuje popis vstupního vyšetření, průběh terapie a popis výstupního vyšetření pacientů, kteří jsou rozděleni do dvou skupin podle druhu použité terapie. První skupině slouží k terapii systém Homebalance. Druhá skupina využívá k terapii senzomotorickou stimulaci a analytické cvičení. Výsledky jsou statisticky zpracovány formou tabulek. Význam výsledků verifikujeme pomocí hypotéz, které jsme si stanovili na začátku práce. V kapitole Diskuze jsou shrnuty získané poznatky a informace, které se týkají bakalářské práce. Jsou zde také obsaženy úvahy o efektivitě použitých fyzioterapeutických metod.

This bachelor's thesis concentrates on the therapy of an unstable knee joint using two different therapeutic methods. This thesis aims to determine if the muscles of the knee joint are strengthened, if it improves the stability and condition of the patients with this problem. The current status chapter describes anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint. The methodology of the work contains examination procedures and physiotherapeutic tests which are used in a special part of this work. The special part of this work contains a description of the initial examination, the process of therapy and a description of the final examination of the patients, that were divided into two groups according to the type of the therapy that was used. The first group used Homebalance system therapy. The second group used sensorimotor stimulation and analytical exercises as a therapy. The results are statistically processed in the forms of tables. The meaning of the results are verified using hypothesis that were set at the beginning of the work. The discussion chapter summarizes the acquired knowledge and information that are related to this bachelor's thesis. In addition, this thesis contains a consideration on the effectiveness of the physiotherapeutic methods used.
