Fyzioterapeutické postupy u pacienta po fraktuře distální části radia s Komplexním regionálním bolestivým syndromem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá fyzioterapeutickou léčbou pacienta po fraktuře distální části radia s Komplexním regionálním bolestivým syndromem. V teoretické části práce je popsána anatomie předloketních kostí a jejich měkké tkáně. Dále je popsána kineziologie horní končetiny, klasifikace fraktur, možné komplikace a léčba fraktur distální části radia - operační i konzervativní. V další části je zpracován Komplexní regionální bolestivý syndrom, jeho klinické fáze a léčebné postupy. V metodologické části práce jsou shrnuty vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody, které jsou následně využity ve speciální části práce. Speciální část práce se zabývá zpracováním kazuistiky pacienta po fraktuře distální části radia s Komplexním regionálním bolestivým syndromem. Kazuistika obsahuje komplexní kineziologický rozbor, avšak se zaměřením na diagnózu pacienta. Dále obsahuje návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu a popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. Ve výsledcích je popsán výstupní kineziologický rozbor, který je následně porovnán se vstupními daty. V diskuzi je zhodnocen efekt terapie a shrnuty výsledky práce, které jsou poté porovnány s výsledky jiných výzkumů a studií. Závěr práce hodnotí splnění vytyčených cílů práce.

The bachelor work deals with physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with Complex regional pain syndrome after distal radius fracture. The theoretical part focuses on the anatomy of forearm bones and their soft tissues. Furthermore, it contains description of the upper limb kinesiology, classification of fractures, possible complications and treatment of the distal radius fractures - surgical and conservative. The subsequent part of the paper contains description of clinical phases and therapies of the Complex regional pain syndrome. The methodology chapter provides an explanation of examination and therapeutic methods which are subsequently applied in the specialized part of the work. The specialized part of the work deals with the case study of a patient with Complex regional pain syndrome after distal radius fracture. The case study contains complex kinesiology examination focused on the patient's diagnosis. On the basis of the examination of the patient, a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan and description of each therapeutic session are then proposed. The results include performance of final kinesiology examination which is subsequently compared with the initial data. The discussion chapter contains evaluation of the effect of the therapy, and summarization of the results of the work which are then compared with the results of other researches and studies. The concluding part of the paper evaluates the fulfillment of the set goals of this work.
