Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou refrakční chirurgie, jejími riziky a kontraindikacemi. Úvod práce se věnuje oku jako optickému systému, fyziologii a anatomii rohovky, refrakčním vadám, kvůli kterým se podstupují refrakční zákroky. Další část je zaměřena na řadu vyšetření, která jsou nutná podstoupit před samotným zákrokem a jenž nám udávající celkový stav oka. Práce rozvádí druhy rizik a kontraindikací, která určují výběr nejvhodnějšího výkonu pro daného pacienta. Poslední kapitola popisuje základní refrakční zákroky a jejich rozdělení na laserové a nelaserové.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of refractive surgery, its risks and contraindications. The introduction deals with the eye as an optical system, physiology and anatomy of the cornea, refractive errors, due to which refractive procedures are performed. The next part is focused on a number of examinations that are necessary to undergo before the procedure itself, which gives us the overall condition of the eye. The work elaborates the types of risks and contraindications, which indicate the selection of the most appropriate procedure for a given. The last chapter describes the basic refractive procedures and their division into laser and non-laser.
