Využití metody Balanced Scorecard pro měření výkonnosti vybraného zdravotnického zařízení

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je využití Balanced Scorecard při řízení výkonnosti vybraného zdravotnického zařízení. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout možnosti využití metody Balanced Scorecard při řízení vybraného zdravotnického zařízení. Vybraná metoda je popsána v teoretické části se zaměřením na jednotlivé perspektivy, dále je popsáno strategické řízení, výkonnost podniku, finanční analýza a strategická analýza. Praktická část práce se věnuje popisu aplikace této metody v konkrétním zdravotnickém zařízení. Nejprve je představeno zvolené zdravotnické zařízení a poté jsou navrženy postupy pro implementaci BSC na základě finanční a strategické analýzy. Dílčím cílem je vytvoření strategické mapy, která je tvořena pomocí jednotlivých klíčových ukazatelů. Strategická mapa poskytne souhrnný přehled organizace a její chování. Díky této mapě lze předpovídat následující vývoj společnosti.

The subject od the diploma thesis is the use of the Balanced Scorecard in managing the performance of a selected health care facility. The aim of diploma thesis is to suggest the possibilities of using the Balanced Scorecard method in the management of selected health care facility. The selected method is described in the teoretical part focused on individual perspectivesthen describes the strategic management, business performance, financial analysis and strategic analysis. The practical part of the work is devoted to the description of the application of this method in a specific health care facility. At first selected health care facility is introduced and then designed procedures for the implementation of BSC based on financial and strategic analysis. The partial result of the work is a strategic map, which is created using individual key indicators. The strategic map will provide a summary overview of the irganization and it's behavior. Thanks to this map, the company can predict following development.
