Rehabilitace po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu v antigravitačním přístroji

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rehabilitací v antigravitačním trenažéru po operaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. V kapitole Současný stav jsou zpracovány teoretické informace ohledně anatomie kolenního kloubu, nejčastějších patologií v kolenním kloubu a dále je zde popsán stručný souhrn používaných typů kolenních endoprotéz. Nachází se zde také popis využitých fyzioterapeutických metod, které jsem použila v praktické části a popis antigravitačního trenažéru. Speciální část zpracovává kazuistiky tří pacientů po operaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Je zde popsán průběh klasické fyzioterapeutické jednotky a dále jsou zde zaznamenávány absolvované terapie v antigravitačním trenažéru. Dále jsou porovnány výsledky vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru a také nasbíraná data ze vstupní a výstupní diagnostiky stoje a chůze, která proběhla na diagnostickém přístroji Zebris FDM-T. Výsledky prokázaly, že antigravitační trenažér je vhodným doplňkem ke klasické rehabilitaci po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu. Závěrem bakalářské práce je diskuze o dané problematice, kde jsem se zabývala zahraničními studiemi, které jsem porovnávala se svými dosaženými výsledky.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the rehabilitation using an antigravity treadmill after a knee replacement. The chapter current status provides the reader with theoretical information on the anatomy of knee joint and the most often pathology of the knee joint. Furthermore it is focused on the types of knee joint replacements. This chapter describes an antigravity treadmill and also includes physiotherapeutic methods which I used during the practical part. The specialized part congregates the case studies of three patients after the knee replacement. The physiotherapeutic treatment and the therapy using an antigravity treadmill are summed up. In the final part of the thesis, there are compared results of the initial and final kinesiological analysis. The Zebris FDM-T data includes initial and final diagnostics of stance and gait. The results proved an antigravity treadmill is applicable to be used in normal physical rehabilitation after the knee joint replacement. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis provides the reader with the discussion in which the results are compared with the results of other foreign studies.
