Analýza a návrh procesu odbavení cestujících ČSA

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce „Analýza a návrh procesu odbavení cestujících ČSA“ je navrhnout řešení, které umožní letecké společnosti České aerolinie a.s., (ČSA) zmenšit provozní náklady a zvýšit spokojenost cestujících. Bakalářská práce nastiňuje stručný přehled vývoje a současného stavu ČSA. Dále přináší analýzu procesu odbavení. Návrh řešení vychází z obsahové analýzy odborných článků, ze zvolené statistické metody a z porovnání nákladů na jednotlivé způsoby odbavení. Závěr práce představuje souhrn výsledků.

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis „Analysis and design of the CSA passenger check-in”is to propose a solution that will enable the company of Czech Airlines a.s. (CSA) to reduce operating costs and increase passenger satisfaction. The bachelor thesis gives a brief overview of the development and current state of the selected airlines. It also includes a description of the check-in process with the usage of the proposed model. The proposed solution is based on the content analysis of professional articles, the chosen statistical method and a comparison of the cost of individual methods of check-in. The conclusion of this work is summary of the results.
