MES systémy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na seznámení čtenáře s MES (Manufacturing execution system) systémy, jejich podstatou, historií a místem v hierarchie informačních systémů ve výrobním podniku. Zároveň v ní je zahrnuta praktická demonstrace funkcí MES a byly vytvořeny výukové úlohy pro studenty v didaktickém výrobním systému CP factory a v připojeném systému MES4. Práce se zaměřuje také na komunikaci mezi řídicími systémy, respektive řídicím systémem (např. PLC) a nadřazeným MES a to včetně zabezpečení komunikace šifrováním.

This bachelor thesis is focused on acquainting the reader with MES (Manufacturing execution system) systems, their nature, history and place in the hierarchy of information systems in a manufacturing company. At the same time, it includes a practical demonstration of MES functions and teaching tasks were created for students in the didactic production system CP factory and in the connection MES4. The work also focuses on the communication between the control systems, respectively the control system (eg. PLC) and the superior MES, including the security of communication by encryption.
