Ocenění investičního záměru čištění výrobků laserem

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá oceněním investičního projektu. V teoretické části je popsán pojem investice, investiční projekt a jeho jednotlivé části, peněžní toky investice, kritéria hodnocení, náklady kapitálu a zdroje financování investic. Cílem praktické časti je ocenění investičního projektu. Ocenění je prováděno výnosovou metodou a pro jeho provedení je potřeba stanovit náklady a výnosy investice. Závěrem práce je sestaveno diskontované Cash Flow investice.

This work deals with an assessment of an investment project. The theoretical part describes the concept of an investment, parts of an investment project, cash flows of an investment, evaluation criteria, the cost of capital and project funding sources. The practical part of this work focuses on the evaluation of the investment project. The valuation is performed using the income method and for its implementation it is necessary to determine the costs and returns of the investment. At the end of the work is determined discounted Cash Flow of the investment.
