Tato práce se zabývá návrhem konverzacního asistenta pro chytrou domácnost se zamerením na cílovou skupinu zrakove postižených osob a senioru. Za pomocí principu „User-Centered-Design“ je vytvoren prototyp konverzacního asistenta pro praní prádla, hlasové ovládání pracky a rešení opravy poruch. Prototyp je následne podroben experimentu použitelnosti uživatelského rozhraní s definovanou cílovou skupinou uživatelu, který má za cíl overit kvalitu vytvoreného návrhu. V rámci vyhodnocení experimentu je provedena analýza získaných dat, díky které bylo možné identifikovat klícové nálezy, vyhodnotit prínosnost navrženého systému a urcit smer dalšího vývoje. Výstupem práce je také sada hypotéz pro budoucí kvantitativní výzkum. The thesis deals with the design of a conversation assistant for a smart household. It is focused on the target group of visually impaired people and older adults. A prototype of a conversation assistant for laundry, voice control of a washing machine and troubleshooting guide is created by using the principles of “User-Centered-Design”. The prototype is subjected to a user interface usability experiment with the target group, which aims to verify the quality of the design. The analysis of the obtained data is performed as an evaluation of the experiment. It is possible to identify key findings, evaluate benefits of the proposed system and determine the direction of further development. The output of the work is also a set of hypotheses for future quantitative research.
