Vyhledávání a porovnání progresivních čistících prostředků

Abstract

Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá problematikou čištění vnitřních povrchů teplosměnného zařízení. Tato práce popisuje příčiny zanášení vnitřních prostor a možnosti odstraňování nánosů. Dále popisuje metody mechanického a chemického čištění. Práce obsahuje také způsoby kontroly stavu povrchu pomocí nedestruktivních zkoušek. V praktické části je popsán experiment, pomocí kterého lze porovnat účinnost progresivních čistících prostředků a jejich bezpečnost pro čistící aplikace.

The theoretical part of bachelor thesis describes the issue of cleaning inner surfaces heat exchangers. This thesis describes the problems of fouling inner surfaces and ways of sediment removal. It contains methods of mechanical and chemical cleaning. The thesis also contains methods of surface condition control by non-destructive testing. In the practical part is described experiment to compare effectiveness of progressive cleaning products and their safety for cleaning applications.
