Pneumatická doprava práškového materiálu

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřená na návrh pneumatické dopravy práškového materiálu pro daný přepravní výkon. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány základy manipulace s práškovými materiály, základy pneumatické dopravy práškových materiálů a její hlavní zařízení a zásady pro ochranu linky výbuchem. V praktické části práce je vypracován návrh pneumatické dopravy pro práškový materiál, provedeny výpočty hlavních zařízení a proveden basic design hlavních aparátů.

The main goal of this thesis is design of pneumatic conveying of particular material for given transport output. Range of this design is starting from the selection of appropriate type of transport to the industrial line till the material is poured into the mixing tank. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on basics of manipulation with particular material, basics of pneumatic conveying and its main equipment and main rules for explosion protection. In the second part of this thesis the pneumatic conveying of particular material is designed, the calculation of main equipment is made and the basic desing of main apparatuses is done.
