Interní komunikace v Člověku v tísni, o.p.s.

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je interní komunikace v neziskové organizaci Člověk v tísni, o.p.s. (dále jen Člověk v tísni). Práce si klade za cíl provést analýzu stavu interní komunikace v neziskové organizaci Člověk v tísni a navrhnout opatření za účelem jejího zlepšení. Přínosem práce je návrh řešení problémů a nedostatků plynoucích z analýzy interní komunikace, které mohou vést k lepšímu sdílení informací v rámci organizace, vyšší motivaci zaměstnanců a v konečném důsledku k zefektivnění řízení celé organizace. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část přibližuje proble-matiku interní komunikace a přináší přehled aktuálních poznatků o této oblasti v kontextu českých firem a organizací. Dále teoretická část shrnuje nejčastěji používané nástroje interní komunikace. V praktické části je představena nezisková organizace Člověk v tísni a její činnost v České republi-ce i v zahraničí. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu stavu interní komunikace v této organizaci a na základě analýzy navržená opatření, jejichž účelem je zkvalitnění fungování interní komunikace v organizaci. Samotná analýza je rozdělena do kvantitativní a kvalitativní části. Kvantitativní část je realizována za pomocí dotazníkového šetření (n=245), kvalitativní část ve formě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými členy vedení včetně výkonného ředitele (n=9). Pro úplnost je interní komunikace v Člověku v tísni srovnána s interní komunikací v neziskové organizaci Welthungerhilfe.

The theses aims to perform an analysis of internal communication in the non-profit organisation People in Need and to propose measures to its improvement. The contribution provided by this the-sis consists of a proposal of solutions for problems and failings discovered through analysis of inter-nal communication, which could lead to better sharing of information within the organisation and greater motivation of employees, the result of which being streamlining of management of the or-ganisation as a whole. The master’s thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part provides an insight into the issue and offers an overview of current findings of the field of internal communi-cation in the context of Czech companies and organisations. The theoretical part also sums up the most frequently used internal communication tools. The practical part is devoted to the presenta-tion of the non-profit organisation People in Need and analysis of its internal communication. Measures are proposed based on this analysis for improvement of the functioning of internal com-munication, this corresponding to the aim of the thesis. The actual analysis is divided into a quantitative and qualitative part. The quantitative part is per-formed with the aid of a questionnaire survey (n=245). The qualitative part is implemented in the form of semi-structured interviews with selected members of the management, including the CEO (n=9). For the sake of completeness, internal communication in People in Need is compared with internal communication in a non-profit organisation Welthungerhilfe.
