Optimalizace administrativní budovy do energeticky nulového standardu

Abstract

Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je optimalizace administrativní budovy se sklady. Cílem návrhu byla stavební a technologická opatření, kterými by se dosáhlo energeticky nulového standardu. Nejprve byl rozebrán stávající stav objektu a energetické chování dle spotřeb a výrob energií a vypracována projektová dokumentace stávajícího stavu podle informací od majitele a poskytnuté studie. Na základě poznatků byla navržena optimalizace stavebních konstrukcí a technologických zařízení. Dalším cílem bylo budovu posoudit v rámci hodnocení SBToolCZ pro vybraná kritéria. Na základě výsledků energetické optimalizace a vyhodnocení kritérií SBToolCZ byla vytvořena dokumentace navrhovaných opatření.

The main topic of the thesis is the optimization of the office building with stores. The aim of this design was construction and technological measures which would achieve an energy zero standard. At First, the current state of the building and energy behavior according to the energy consumption and production were analyzed and the project documentation of the current state was elaborated according to the information from the owner and provided study. Based on the findings, the optimization of building structures and technological equipment was proposed. The other aim was to assess the building within a part of the evaluation of SBToolCZ for the selected criteria. Based on the results of energy optimization and evaluation of SBToolCZ criteria, the documentation of the proposed measures was created.
