Finanční analýza společnosti Technistone, a.s.

Abstract

Cílem práce je provést finanční analýzu s využitím možných nástrojů a zdrojů. Důraz je věnován na horizontální a vertikální analýzu, bilanční pravidla a poměrové ukazatele. V závěru teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na pracovní kapitál, bankrotní modely, efekt finanční páky a ekonomickou přidanou hodnotu. V praktické části je provedena finanční analýza společnosti Technistone, a.s. Nejprve je představena historie a charakteristika společnosti. Poté je provedena finanční analýza, přičemž je použita dříve uvedená teoretická základna. Dílčí výsledky jsou prezentovány v grafech a tabulkách. V závěru práce shrnuje dosažené výsledky a hodnotí celkové finanční zdraví podniku a formuluje doporučení, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení současné situace.

The aim of this thesis is to describe the approach of financial analysis, goals, sources and the necessary tools for creating a financial analysis. The emphasis is put on a Horizontal and Vertical Analysis, Balance Rules and Ratio Indexes. In the end, the thesis focuses on Working Capital, Bankruptcy Prediction Models, Leverage Effect and Economical Value Added. The practical part executes the financial analysis of Technistone, a.s. At first, the history and the characteristic of the company are introduced. Then the financial analysis is realized while applying the knowledge gained in the theoretical part. Constitutive outcomes are displayed in charts and graphs. In the end, the thesis sums up the acquired results and evaluates the financial health of the company. It also mentions recommendations that could lead to the improvement of the current conditions.
