Výběr reportingového systému pro středně velký strojírenský podnik

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je výběr reportingového systému pro středně velký strojírenský podnik. První část je teoretická obsahuje popis problematiky controllingu a reportingu. Druhá část je analytická a zabývá se představením společnosti Strojírny, a.s., ve které bylo zadání diplomové práce zpracováváno. Následně je v analytické části provedena analýza podnikového informačního a reportingového systému. Poté jsou definovány možné alternativy řešení zadání a je vytvořen rozhodovací model, který je v dále řešen. V návrhové části je uvedena vybraná varianta, tento výběr je odůvodněn a následuje doporučení pro podnik.

The topic of the thesis is the choice of the system for medium-sized engineering company. The first part is theoretical and contains description of controlling and reporting. The second part is analytical and deals with performance of the introduction of the company Strojírny, a.s., in which the assignment of the thesis was processed.Then in the analytical part the analysis of the company information and reporting system is performed. The possible alternatives of the solution are defined and decision model is created which is further solved. In the design part there is a selected variant, this choice is justified and followed by recommendation for the company.
