Procesní benchmarking distribučních společností

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá procesním benchmarkingem provozovatelů distribučních soustav na území České republiky. V práci jsou nejprve definovány a popsány pojmy benchmarkingu, výkonnosti a podnikového procesu, potřebné k práci na benchmarkingovém projektu. Mimo to jsem také definoval tržní prostředí provozovatelů distribučních soustav – trh s elektřinou. V praktické části práce byl proveden návrh metodik pro realizaci výkonového a procesního benchmarkingu, které byli ověřeny na skutečných datech provozovatelů distribučních soustav. Výsledkem práce je porovnání celkové výkonnosti společností v rámci výkonového benchmarkingu a porovnání výkonnosti vybraných procesů společností v rámci benchmarkingu procesního. U procesního benchmarkingu jsem navíc zanalyzoval příčiny rozdílů ve výkonnosti vybraných procesů. Nakonec jsem porovnal tyto dva možné přístupy k benchmarkingu a jejich výstupy.

The aim of this thesis is to perform process benchmarking of distribution system operators operating in the Czech Republic. First, I defined terms which are necessary to successfully perform benchmarking. These terms are business benchmarking, business performance, business process. Besides I also described the electricity market in the Czech Republic. The main goals of the practical part of this thesis were to design methodologies of performance benchmarking and process benchmarking, and to use these methodologies on real data from distribution system operators. The results are the overall performance comparison (performance benchmarking) and the performance comparison of selected business processes (process benchmarking). Within the process benchmarking I also analyzed the causes of differences in process performance. Eventually I compared the results of the two types of benchmarking.
