Návrh strategie pro menší strojírenskou firmu

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh strategie pro menší strojírenskou společnost, která zajistí stabilitu a zvýšení ekonomické hodnoty společnosti. Výchozím bodem pro návrh strategie je analýza současného stavu společnosti, která je rozdělena na vnitřní, vnější a analýzu oborového prostředí. Vnitřní analýza vymezí hmotné, nehmotné a finanční zdroje společnosti, vnější analýza identifikuje makroekonomické vlivy pomocí metody PESTLE a analýza oborového prostředí rozebere pět klíčových vlivů pomocí Porterova modelu pěti sil. Dále je identifikován vývoj trhu a prognóza jednotlivých segmentů, které mají do budoucna potenciál a jsou pro podnik perspektivní. Veškeré provedené analýzy slouží jako podklad pro sestavení SWOT analýzy. Součástí návrhu práce je převedení vize do strategických cílů včetně jednotlivých ukazatelů a jejich znázornění ve strategické mapě. Za pomoci provedených analýz je vymezen pro každý strategický cíl strategický projekt, který povede k jeho naplnění, a tedy i k naplnění podnikové vize a cíle diplomové práce.

The aim of this thesis is to suggest a strategy for a small engineering company which is going to ensure its stability and raise its economic value. The starting point for the strategy proposal is an analysis of the current state of the company, which is divided into three parts - the analysis of the inner workings of the company, the analysis of its outward dealings and the analysis of the business environment. The inner analysis delineates the tangible, intangible and monetary resources of the company, while the outer analysis identifies key macroeconomic influences using the PESTLE method and the analysis of the business environment deals with the five key influences according to Porter's five forces. Furthermore, the thesis contains an analysis of the development of the market and identifies segments that have potential for the future and thus constitute a promising investment. The individual analyses have been carried out in order to provide a basis for a SWOT analysis. The objective of the thesis is to translate the company vision into strategic goals that include individual indicators and their visualization in a strategic map. Using data from the analyses, each goal is assigned a strategic project which will lead to its fulfilment and by extension to the fulfilment of the company vision.
