Návrh vačkové hřídele a jejího pohonu pro akcelerační zkušební stanoviště

Abstract

Práce se zabývá návrhem podstatné části zkušebního stanoviště pro akcelerační simulaci nárazových zkoušek automobilových bezpečnostních komponent, konkrétně návrhem vačkové hřídele a jejího pohonu. Nejprve bude nastíněna funkce celého zařízení, která klade rozměrové a jiné požadavky na návrh vačkové hřídele. Dále bude proveden návrh vačkové hřídele s ohledem na její vyvážení a prostorové poměry. Následně bude navrženo uložení hřídele do rámu a pohon vačkové hřídele.

This thesis deals with the design of the important part of test stand for physically simulating crash tests of automobile safety components, realized by acceleration, namely with the design of the cam shaft and its drive. First the function of the whole device will be outlined with its dimensional and other requirements for the cam shaft. Next, the cam shaft will be designed with respect to its balance and spatial conditions. Then, mounting of the shaft to the frame and its drive will be solved.
