Tvorba strategie rozvoje vybraného strojírenského podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou podnikové strategie podniku, který se věnuje výrobě nýtovacího nářadí a jednoúčelových strojů, za pomocí vnitřních a vnějších analýz podniku a metod jejich vyhodnocení. Těmi jsou: Finanční analýza, PESTLE analýza, Porterova analýza pěti sil, SWOT analýza a Balanced Scorecard. Základním kamenem vytvoření strategie jsou vize podniku. Které bylo potřeba sepsat a na nich začít dále stavět celopodnikovou strategii. Velká část informací je v bakalářské práci z interních zdrojů podniku a z rozsáhlých rozhovorů s ředitelem podniku.

The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a business strategy of a company, which is producing riveting tools and single-purpose machines. The business strategy is chosen according to result of internal and external analyzes of the company and methods of their evaluation. These are: Financial analysis, PESTLE analysis, Porter five forces analysis, SWOT analysis and Balanced Scorecard. The cornerstone of creating a strategy is the company's vision. Which needed to be written and started to build on a company-wide strategy. Much of the information in the bachelor thesis is from internal sources of the company and from extensive interviews with the company director.
