Náchod - Studie transformace území Tepny Náchod

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je komplexní návrh urbanistické studie oblasti areálu bývalé textilní továrny Tepny v Náchodě. Řešené území je takovým brownfieldem v centru města. Dříve zde stávala textilní továrna Tepna, dnes zde zbyly z celého komplexu pouze dvě budovy. V současné době je převážná část území nevyužívaná, část území slouží jako parkoviště a také zde stojí supermarket. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení stávajícího stavu území a následné navržení nového využití území, které respektuje prostorové a funkční vztahy města. Základní myšlenkou mého návrhu bylo propojení okolních čtvrtí s městem a vytvoření obytné městské čtvrti s možností pracovních příležitostí. Dále se diplomová práce soustředí na detailnější zpracování veřejného prostoru s přiléhajícími objekty. Součástí práce je také návrh prvků mobiliáře a zeleně, koncepce technické a dopravní infrastruktury.

The subject of the diploma thesis is to design a complex urbanistic project of the area of the former textile factory of Tepna in the city of Náchod, a brownfield located in the city centre. In the past, the Tepna textile factory used to stand there, but the complex of structures has been reduced to only two buildings. The vast majority of the area is currently unused, while a part of it serves as a parking lot and another part accommodates a supermarket with parking facilities. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of the area and to propose a new way of using it that would respect both the spatial and the functional relationships of the city. The basic idea was to connect the surrounding neighbourhoods with the downtown city and to create a residential urban district which would offer new job opportunities. Also, the thesis focuses on a more detailed work with the public space, taking into account the adjacent objects. This also includes a design of elements of urban furniture and greenery as well as a concept of technical and transport infrastructure.
