Revitalizace průmyslového objektu v kontextu nové urbanistické struktury v Hradci Králové

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je revitalizace historické sýpky a ztvárnění jejího okolního prostranství s návazností na novou urbanistickou strukturu v Hradci Králové. Samotná sýpka pochází z počátku 20. století a již delší dobu chátra. Jedná se o stavbu typu brownfield, která bude rekonstruována a využívána jako kancelářské, ale i veřejně přístupné prostory. V interiéru objektu zůstane redukované množství specifických prvků, které bude poukazovat na dřívější využívání. V rámci předdiplomního projektu byla zpracována širší část řešeného území, které sloužilo jako podklad pro samotný diplomní projekt. Urbanistickým záměrem je oživení a využití potenciálu zašlé části Hradce Králové. Hlavními prvky nové urbanistické struktury je vedení Koutníkovy třídy a vytvoření nové okružní křižovatky, ze které je vedena nová komunikace vedoucí řešeným územím. Pojednání okružní křižovatky a její okolní zástavby je vymyšleno s návazností a zajímavými průhledy na již zmíněnou rekonstruovanou sýpku. Neboť samotná sýpka je brána jako dominantní a významný prvek řešeného území.

This (diploma) thesis deals with a revitalization of a historical granary and its surrounding area in connection with the new urban structure in Hradec Králové. The granary itself dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and it has been in decay for a long time. It is a brownfield type building that will be reconstructed and used as an office building, as well as publicly accessible area. In the interior there will be a certain number of specific elements that will point out the earlier use of the building.Within the framework of the pre-diploma project, a wider part of the studied area had been addressed, that served as a basis for the diploma project itself. The urban development aims to revive and exploit the potential of this neglected part of Hradec Králové. The main elements of the new urban structure are the management of Koutník's avenue and the creation of a new ring road, from which a new road is being led through the studied area. The treatise of the ring road and its surrounding buildings is conceived in connection with and with interesting perspectives on the aforementioned reconstructed granary. As the granary itself is taken as the dominant and significant element of the studied area.
