| cze |
dc.description.abstract | Currently, humanity is addressing the issue of global warming and environmental pollution. Partially, one could try to solve this problem by storing the emission gases (CH4, CO2) in the form of hydrates. The first hydrate was created by Joseph Priestley in 1778, which passed SO2 through water, and the term Hydrate was introduced in 1811 by the English chemist Dave Humphrey. At the beginning of the widespread development of the gas industry, hydrates were an undesirable by-product of clogged gas pipelines. Based on the research, methods for determining the equilibrium conditions for the formation of hydrates and their physical properties were presented. In the course of research, it was found that hydrates have very good storage properties. From this point of view, gas hydrate can be considered as a transport substance or as a storage of greenhouse gases. | eng |
