Létání podle přístrojů v neřízeném vzdušném prostoru

Abstract

Témou tejto práce je lietanie podľa prístrojov v neriadených vzdušných priestoroch. Práca je rozdelená na štyri hlavné kapitoly. Prvá kapitola pojednáva vo všeobecnosti o vzdušnom priestore. Nachádzajú sa tú základne informácie a sú tu zadefinované kľúčové pojmy. Celkovo sa prvá kapitola skladá z troch podkapitol. Okrem všeobecných poznatkov je tu obsiahnutá aj história vývoja vzdušného priestoru a jeho delenie, taktiež používanie letových tried naprieč svetom. V druhej kapitole tejto práce sa rozoberajú povinnosti zainteresovaných subjektov pri povoleniach letov IFR v neriadenom vzdušnom priestore. Tretia kapitola poukazuje na možné bezpečnostné problémy v danej problematike. Využíva na to rozbor leteckých nehôd. Štvrtá kapitola poskytuje informácie o prístupe jednotlivých krajín k danej problematike, zhodnocuje, analyzuje nadobudnuté informácie a vydáva všeobecné odporučenia ako sa k problematike stavať .

The theme of the thesis is instrument flights in uncontrolled airspace. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter is referring to airspace in general and the chapter is divided into three subchapters. It consists of the basic information about airspace and there are defined the key concepts. It also contains the history of airspace and it´s classification and using airspace classes over the world. The second chapter is focused on the responsibilities of the involved parties during the process of clearences of instrument flights in uncontrolled airspace. In the third chapter, there are mentioned the possible safety issues and problems of uncontrolled airspace by using the examples and analysis of the flight accidents. The fourth chapter contains the information about the approach of each country about IFR flights in uncontrolled airspace, evaluation, analysis of the discovered information and general recommendations about topic.
