Analýza a dopady nových evropských nařízení o zdravotnických prostředcích z pohledu výrobců

Abstract

Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na problematiku zavádění nových legislativních požadavků vyplývajících z nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2017/745 o zdravotnických prostředcích. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat, analyzovat a vyhodnotit možné dopady tohoto nařízení na výrobce zdravotnických prostředků na trhu Evropské unie. Pro potřeby naplnění cílů práce byla zvolena metoda komparativní analýzy současných legislativních požadavků uvedených ve směrnici Rady 93/42/EHS o zdravotnických prostředcích v porovnání s novými požadavky. Výsledkem komparativní analýzy byl přehled nejzásadnějších změn a sestavení procesních map. Bylo využito také dotazníkové studie, jejíž účelem bylo získat přehled o připravenosti českých výrobců na nové požadavky. V diskuzi bylo kriticky nahlíženo na zpracování a výsledky práce. Ze závěrů kvalitativního výzkumu práce bylo možno sestavit seznam doporučení pro výrobce

The thesis was focused on the implementation of new legislative requirements resulting from Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council on medical devices. The aim of the thesis was to identify, analyze and to evaluate the possible impacts of this Regulation on the manufacturers of medical devices on the European Union market. For the purposes of fulfilling the objectives of the thesis, it was made a comparative analysis of the current legislative requirements set out in Council Directive 93/42/EEC on medical devices compared to new requirements. The result of the comparative analysis was an overview of the most fundamental changes and compilation of process maps. Questionnaire studies were also used to gain insight into the readiness of Czech manufacturers to meet new requirements. The discussion was critically reviewed for the thesis and the results of the thesis. It was possible to compile a list of recommendations for the manufacturers thanks to the conclusions of the qualitative research of the thesis
