Vliv krystalizačních přísad na samohojení betonu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na otestování vlivu krystalizační přísady do betonu na jeho samohojení. Jejím obsahem je úvod, ve kterém je podrobněji popsána motivace k realizaci tohoto experimentu a také stručný přehled krystalizačních přísad a jejich vlastností. Následuje rešerše experimentů, zabývajících se předmětem této diplomové práce. Dále je popsána snaha o vyvinutí metody, která by zajistila řízené vytvoření trhliny ve zkoušeném betonovém prvku tak, aby nebyl problém s jejím následným testováním. Hlavní kapitola se zaobírá uskutečněným experimentem a jeho vyhodnocením, jejím závěrem je vyhodnocení schopností samohojení betonu v závislosti na použití krystalizačních přísad. V práci nejsou opomenuty ani běžné zkoušky jak čerstvého, tak ztvrdlého betonu. Mimo jiné je také vyhodnocena alternativní metoda s jiným způsobem vytvoření trhliny. Poslední část práce je věnována závěrům, ke kterým autor práce došel vyhodnocením experimentu a zároveň zamyšlení se nad účinností krystalizačních přísad.

This master thesis is focused on testing of influence of a crystalline waterproofing concrete additive on self healing of concrete. The first part of this thesis is introduction which contains motivation to realize this experiment. It also contains overview of available crystalline waterproofing additives, which are offered on the market and their characteristics. Next part is a review, which is focused on similar experiments, which tested influence of a crystalline waterproofing concrete additive on self healing of concrete. In other part is described effort of development of the method, which would help to create crack in tested concrete element. The main chapter is about realized experiment and its evaluation, which contains evaluation of influence of a crystalline waterproofing concrete additive on self healing of concrete. There are also results of basic tests of fresh concrete and hardened concrete. Last chapter before conclusion is also about evaluation of method of testing of influence of a crystalline waterproofing concrete additive on self healing of concrete, but with alternative method of crack development. The final section is dedicated to conlusions, which are desrcribed in context of results of the experiment and to the discussion of the effectivity of crystalline waterproofing concrete additives.
