Řízení malé stavební firmy

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou malé stavební firmy působící v Mariánských Lázních. V práci je nejprve představen současný stav, jsou definovány potencionální problémy firmy a následně je navržena nová organizační struktura firmy s definicí nově vytvořené pracovní pozice. Diplomová práce se věnuje skutečně realizovaným zakázkám, ze kterých je dokázáno, zda se nově vytvořenou pracovní pozici firmě vyplatí vytvořit. Na závěr práce jsou analyzovány tři neúspěšné nabídky veřejných zakázek a srovnány s konkurencí. Diplomová práce implementuje navržená opatření a nabídky opět srovná s konkurenčními nabídkami, přičemž dokazuje zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti.

This master thesis deals with the analysis of a small construction company acting in Mariánské Lázně. The master thesis presents the current situation at first, the potential problems of the company are defined and the new organizational structure of the company with definition of the newly created job position is proposed thereafter. In the next part, the diploma thesis focuses on realized orders, from which it is deduced whether it is for the company worthwhile to establish the newly created job position. At the end of the thesis three unsuccessful offers of public procurement are analyzed and compared with competitors. The master thesis implements the proposed measures and compares the offers again with offers of competitors, proving the increase in competitiveness.
