Finanční plán společnosti XY, s.r.o

Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je tvorba finančního plánu společnosti XY, s.r.o. První polovina teoretické části je zaměřena na finanční plánování obecně. Popisuje účel finančního plánu, jeho strukturu a metody jeho tvorby. Druhá polovina teoretické části je věnována finanční analýze, která je nezbytným předchůdcem finančního plánování. V praktické části svojí práce nejprve analyzuji společnost XY, s.r.o. a hledám slabé a silné stránky jejího finančního hospodaření. Dále hledám způsob, jak zvýšit zisk společnosti. Svoje závěry potom převedu do krátkodobého finančního plánu na jeden rok a dlouhodobého plánu na tři roky. Závěrem práce hodnotím dosažené výstupy.

The goal of my bachelor thesis is to create a financial plan of the company XY. In my theoretical part of my thesis is that I focus on the financial planning in general firstly, I describe why it is needed to be financial plan and what is the structure to fit and what are the methods of creating this plan. Secondly I describe financial analysing which is the basis of the financial plan. The first element of practical part of my thesis is analysing of the company XY, I tried to find its strengths and weaknesses, then I tried to find out a way to maximise a profit. Then I created a short term and long term financial plan. Lastly I judged the received results.
