Analýza připravenosti zdravotnických záchranářů k zvládání hromadného neštěstí

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je problematika zdravotnické záchranné služby jako poskytovatele přednemocniční neodkladné péče. Především zanalyzování připravenosti zdravotnických výjezdových skupin k zvládání hromadného neštěstí a rovněž přinést ucelený náhled na tuto problematiku. Práce je zaměřena na zjištění znalostí zaměstnanců zdravotnické záchranné služby o krizových stavech, o činnostech spojených se zásahem v místě hromadného postižení osob, dále pak zmapovat subjektivní hodnocení odborných znalostí a dovedností respondentů a okruhy ve kterých cítí potřebu se v rámci celoživotního vzdělávání zdokonalovat. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. V části teoretické jsou přehledně vymezeny a charakterizovány základní pojmy, tykající se krizového řízení a efektivního zvládání hromadného postižení osob. Dále je popsána struktura a prostředky zdravotnické záchranné služby, pak krizová připravenost ve zdravotnictví a samotný traumatologický plán. Ve výzkumné části jsou vymezeny cíle práce, hypotézy a následně popsána metodika sběru dat, výzkumný vzorek a výsledky výzkumného šetření. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit, zda nadpoloviční většina respondentů má znalosti o obsahu a struktuře traumatologického plánu, jestli dokážou správně určovat třídící priority pomocí metody START a určit priority odsunu s následnou možností využití odlišných odsunových prostředků pro všechny zraněné osoby z místa hromadného postižení osob. Zpracovaná výsledná data jsou přehledně zobrazena ve formě grafů. Pomocí SWOT analýzy jsou určeny slabé a silné stránky, které poukázaly na možné návrhy vylepšení pro praxi. V diskuzi je vytvořena komparace námi zpracovaných výsledků s výsledky dalších prací jiných autorů. V závěru jsou shrnuty námi zjištěné výsledky, které byly mezi cíli této práce.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of medical rescue service as a provider of pre-hospital emergency care. In particular it is about the analysis of medical emergency group preparedness to deal with mass disasters and it also brings a comprehensive overview of this issue. The work is focused on emergency rescue workers knowledge about crisis situations, on activities related to intervention in the area of mass disability and on the subjective evaluation of the respondents knowledge and skills in which they feel the need to improve in the context of lifelong learning. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. The content of the theoretical part of the thesis is the definition of basic concepts related to crisis management and effective management of the mass disability. It also describes the structure of the medical rescue service, health care crisis preparedness and the traumatological plan itself. The research part defines the aims of the thesis, the hypothesis and subsequently describes the methodology of data collection, the research sample and the results of the research survey. The aim of the research was to find out whether the majority of respondents have knowledge of the content and structure of the traumatology plan and if they can correctly determine the prioritization criteria using the START method and determine the priorities of the postponement with the consequent possibility of using different displacement means for all people injured by the mass disability. The resulting data are displayed in the form of graphs. Used SWOT analysis identifies weak and strength spheres and highlights potential improvement suggestions for practice. The discussion is about the comparison of our results with the results of works of other authors. In conclusion, we summarize our results, which were among the aims of this work.
