Řízení preventivní udržby a skladu kritických nahradních dílů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením údržby a řízením zásob náhradních dílů ve výrobním podniku na strojních zařízení. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza a optimalizace údržbářských procesů, efektivnější řízení zásob spojovacího materiálu a určení kritických náhradních dílů na výrobních strojích ve společnosti Mahr spol. s.r.o. Řešením bude návrh a popis implementace informačního systému Profylax pro řízení údržby. Pro efektivnější řízení zásob spojovacího materiálu bude navržen systém, který bude hlídat optimální úroveň zásob. V praktické části práce bude řešena vhodná metodika pro určení kritických náhradních dílů a následné vyhodnocení, které kritické náhradní díly by měl podnik držet skladem. Výsledky práce zároveň s dalšími poznatky by měly sloužit jako návod pro pochopení nedostatků, které nyní společnost v řízení údržby a skladových zásob panují a také návrhy pro jejich odstranění.

This master thesis deals with the management of the maintenance and management of spare parts in the production plant on machinery. The aim of the master thesis is to analyze and optimize maintenance processes, to manage the supply of connecting materials more efficiently and to identify critical spare parts on production machines at Mahr spol. s.r.o. The solution will be the design and description of the implementation of the Profylax information system for maintenance management. For a more efficient stockpile control, a system will be designed to monitor the optimal level of inventory. In the practical part of the thesis will be solved a suitable methodology for determination of critical spare parts and subsequent evaluation which critical spare parts should be kept by the company. The results of the work, together with other findings, should serve as a guideline for understanding the shortcomings that the company currently has in managing maintenance and stockpiles, as well as suggestions for their removal.
