Fyzioterapie u chronického patelofemorálního bolestivého syndromu u žen

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti rehabilitační péče u žen s chronickým patelofemorálním bolestivým syndromem. Kapitola současný stav obsahuje informace o anatomii a kineziologii kolenního kloubu, biomechanice patelofemorálního skloubení a propriocepci kolenního kloubu. Dále jsou zde zahrnuty informace o patele a její funkci, patelofemorálním bolestivém syndromu a diferenciální diagnostice v oblasti patelofemorálního skloubení. V kapitole metodiky jsou popsány veškeré vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody, které jsou použity ve speciální části této práce. Speciální část této práce obsahuje kazuistiky čtyř pacientek. Všechny čtyři pacientky udávají vznik obtíží již ve 13.-15. roce věku a nyní se s bolestmi potýkají již minimálně 7. rokem. Součástí kazuistik je anamnéza, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu a jsou zde popsány terapeutické jednotky. V následující kapitole jsou porovnávány údaje ze vstupních a výstupních rozborů a uvedeno zhodnocení efektu terapie. Následuje diskuze, jejíž součástí je celkové zhodnocení terapie a porovnání výsledků s informacemi ze zahraničních studií. Závěr práce je věnován shrnutí stanovených cílů práce.

This Bachelor work is targeted at the possibilities of rehabilitation care in women with chronic patellofemoral pain syndrome. The current status chapter contains information on anatomy and kyneziology of a knee joint, biomechanics of patellofemoral articulation and knee joint proprioception. The chapter furthermore includes information on the patella and its function, patellofemoral pain syndrome and differential diagnostics of patellofemoral articulation. The methodology chapter describes all examination and therapeutic methods used in the specialised part of this work. The specialised part of this work contains case studies of four female patients. All four patients report the onset of the difficulties already at the age of 13-15 and all four patients have been struggling with pain for at least 7 years. The case studies include a history, an initial kinesiological assessment, a proposal of a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan and it also describes therapeutic units. The following chapter compares the data from initial and final assessments and evaluates the effectiveness of the selected therapy. This is followed by discussion which includes an overall evaluation of the therapy and compares the results with the data from foreign studies. The conclusion of the work summarises the determined aims of the work.
