Fyzioterapie u výhřezu bederní meziobratlové ploténky

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je Fyzioterapie u výhřezu bederní meziobratlové ploténky. Při herniaci dochází k vyhřeznutí ploténky do páteřního kanálu, čímž může dráždit nerv a způsobovat bolest. To může být zapříčiněno dysfunkcí hlubokého stabilizačního systému, na jehož posílení se zaměřuji při terapii. V teoretické části se zabývám zpracováním informací této problematiky. V této části práce popisuji základní anatomii, výhřez meziobratlové ploténky, hluboký stabilizační systém a možnosti diagnostiky a následné terapie. Metodika práce se zaměřuje na jednotlivá vyšetření a terapeutické metody, které jsem použila ve speciální části při terapii s pacienty. Ve speciální části jsou zpracovány tři kazuistiky pacientů s výhřezem bederní meziobratlové ploténky. Kazuistika obsahuje odebranou anamnézu od pacienta, vstupní vyšetření, cíl rehabilitace a průběh terapií. Při ukončení terapeutického bloku byla provedena výstupní vyšetření. Na základě vstupního a výstupního vyšetření je zhodnocen vliv terapie na danou diagnózu.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is Lumbar disc herniation physiotherapy. During the herniation, the intervertebral disc herniates into the spinal canal which can irritate the nerve and cause the pain. It can be caused by dysfunction of the deep stabilizing system and that is why I focus on its strengthening during the therapy. In the theoretical part I process information about this problematics. In this part of the work I write about the basic anatomy, intervertebral disc herniation, deep stabilizing system and options of diagnostics and following rehabilitation. The methodology of the work is focused on particular examinations and therapeutic methods which I use with patients during the therapy and I describe them in the special part of the work. In the special part, three case reports of patients with lumbar disc herniation are processed. The case report includes the anamnesis taken from the patient, the enter examination, the aim of the rehabilitation and the course of the therapies. After ending all the therapies, the output examination was carried out. Based on the enter and output examinations, the influence of the therapy on the diagnosis is rated.
