Rekonstrukce bytového domu

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je rekonstrukce a modernizace bytového domu z hlediska snížení energetické náročnosti budovy. Dům se nachází v Horní Nové Vsi. Cílem je nalézt optimální řešení environmentálního, dispozičního, stavebně-technického a architektonického pojetí, přičemž bude postupováno ve variantách, které budou následně porovnávány. Varianta 1 je ekonomičtější, je navrženo zateplení konstrukcí, výměna oken, úprava dispozic některých bytů, rekonstrukce větracího a vytápěcího systému a zabudování výtahu. Ve druhé variantě rekonstrukce dojde k vybudování obytného podkroví doplněného o čtyři vikýře, komplexnějšímu zateplení obálky budovy s eliminací tepelných mostů, rekonstrukci větracího a vytápěcího systému, výměně oken, aplikaci fotovoltaických panelů a prosvětlení schodišťového prostoru pomocí prosklené fasády. U stávajícího stavu a dalších dvou variant je provedena tepelně technická analýza domu a v závěru jsou jednotlivé výsledky porovnány a zhodnoceny. Environmentální hodnocení je vypracováno pro stávající stav a variantu 2, výsledky jsou poté porovnány s typickým vzorkem budov. Pro podrobnější popis a rozkreslení do výkresů je vybrána varianta 2, která je dále zpracována na úroveň projektové dokumentace.

The theme of the diploma thesis is the reconstruction and modernization of the residential building in terms of reducing the energy intensity of the building. The house is located in Horni Nova Ves. The aim is to find an optimal solution of the environmental, dispositional, construction-technical and architectural concept, and will be followed in variants which will be subsequently compared. Variant 1 is more economical, it is designed to insulate structures, change windows, modify the layouts of some apartments, reconstruct the ventilation and heating system and build the elevator. In the second variant of the reconstruction there will be built a residential attic, supplemented by four dormers, a more complex insulation of the building envelope with the elimination of thermal bridges, reconstruction of the ventilation and heating system, replacement of the windows, application of photovoltaic panels and illumination of the staircase by glass facade. In the current state and the other two variants, the thermal-technical analysis of the house is performed and in the end the individual results are compared and evaluated. The environmental assessment is developed for the current status and variant 2, the results are then compared with a typical building sample. For a more detailed description and drawing in the drawings, variant 2 is selected, which is further elaborated to the level of project documentation.
