Ekonomické a časové porovnání dřevostavby a zděného rodinného domu

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo porovnání dvou systémových variant v oblasti stavebnictví, a to dřevostavby a zděné varianty. Porovnání bylo provedeno z ekonomického a časového hlediska. Práce se v teoretické části zabývá rozpočetnictvím, oceňováním stavební produkce a časovém plánování. V praktické části je porovnána stavba RD z ekonomického a časového hlediska. Před vlastním porovnáním dřevostavby a zděné varianty je nejprve popsán objekt z hlediska dispozice a použitých materiálů. Dále je zděná konstrukce navržena na stávající systém dřevostavby. Po výběru jednotlivých konstrukcí a materiálů je zpracován rozpočet, a dále je jednotlivě řešeno dílčí porovnání konstrukcí z hlediska nákladů a doby výstavby. V závěru jsou na základě předchozího podrobného rozboru obě varianty vyhodnoceny.

The objective of the Bachelor thesis was the comparison of the two system variants in the areas of construction, timber frame and brick variants. The comparison was made from the economic and time points of view. In the theoretical part the thesis deals with budgeting, the valuation of construction production and scheduling. In the practical part of the thesis the construction of the family house is compared from the economic and time points of view. Before own comparing wooden and brick variants there is presentation of the object in terms of the disposition and the materials used. Furthermore, the brick examined construction is designed for the existing wooden system. After selecting the individual structures and materials the budget is processed, and dealt with comparison of both structures in terms of costs and construction times. In conclusion, on the basis of the previous detailed analysis, both variants are evaluated.
