Abstrakt

Tato diplomová práce se zbývá hodnocením investice do pilovrtacího centra konkrétní stavební firmy. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jestli po uskutečnění dané investice došlo k časové a finanční úspoře. Teoretická část práce je členěna na dvě části. V první části jsou charakterizovány investice a způsoby jejich hodnocení. Druhá část obsahuje základní teorii o výrobě a montáži ocelových konstrukcí. V praktické části jsou pak analyzovány skutečné dopady investice.

This thesis focuses on the evaluation of the investment in the beam sawing and drilling machine of the specific construction company. The goal is to assess whether the planned time and cost saving has been realized. The theoretical part of the thesis contains two parts. The investment and its evaluation are described in the first part. The second part deals with the theory of steel construction production and installation. The real impact of the investment is evaluated in the practical part.
