Návrh využití části zámku Buštěhrad

Abstract

Práce se zabývá návrhem a posouzením variant využití zámku Buštěhrad, který je zapsaný na seznamu kulturních památek. Zámek je zchátralý a ve špatném technickém stavu. Práce má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá investicemi, brownfields a historickými objekty. V začátku je definována investice, její druhy, možnosti financování a hodnocení. Dále je popsán pojem brownfield, dělení brownfields a negativní vliv brownfields na okolí. Posledním pojmem jsou historické objekty, u kterých je popsán způsob jejich obnovy i s konkrétními příklady. Praktická část se zabývá návrhem využití zámku Buštěhrad. Po určení provozních nákladů a výnosů, budou návrhy vyhodnoceny. Poté bude městu doporučena vybraná varianta.

The thesis deals with the proposal and assessment of variants of the Buštěhrad castle, which is listed on the list of national monuments. The castle is dilapidated and in poor technical condition. The thesis has two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with investments, brownfields and historical objects. In the beginning, the investment is defined, its types, financing options and evaluation. Then the concept of brownfields, its division and the negative impact on the surroundings are described. The last term is the historical objects. There is described the way of their renovation and shown concrete examples. The practical part deals with the proposals of use of the Buštěhrad castle. Once the operating costs and revenues are determined, the proposals will be evaluated. Based on the evaluation will be selected one proposal, that will be recommended to the city.
