AVIA Letňany - regenerace průmyslového areálu

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je regenerace průmyslového areálu Avia Letňany. Diplomová práce se zabývá urbanistickou studií souboru vybraných staveb, přednádražního prostoru nového nádraží a schématického dispozičního řešení budov lemující přednádražní prostor. Tato oblast je definována železnicí, která ohraničuje řešené území z východu, budovou stávajícího nádraží a lávkou přes železnici vedoucí k parkovacímu domu na rozhraní Letňan a Čakovic. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout funkční budovu nádraží a soubor budov ve vazbě na parter náměstí, které vytvoří veřejný prostor v blízkosti železnice. Funkce budov je převážně bydlení s občanskou vybaveností v parteru, dále hostel, nádraží a objekt záchytného parkoviště. Součástí je podrobné řešení náměstí do podrobnosti technických souvislostí. Hlavní myšlenkou bylo vytvořit návaznost lokality na železniční dopravu a funkční propojenost území.

The thesis deals with recovery of industrial premises of Avia Letňany. It focuses on a urbanistic study of a set of given structures, the area in front of the station and a sketchy process layout of buildings lining the area in front of the station. The area is defined by the railroad which borders the given area in the east, the contemporary building of the station and the pedestrian bridge over the railroad which leads to the car park building on the interface of Letňany and Čakovice. The aim of the thesis was to design a functional building of the station and a set of buildings in connection with the parterre of the square which is designed to create a public space closed to the railroad. The buildings are meant to be used mainly for living with amenities in the parterre. A hostel, a station and a car park building will also be included in the building complex. An integral part of the thesis is a thorough solution of the square. The main idea was to create connection of the area to the rail transport and functional connectedness of the area.
