Abstract

Táto práca sa zaoberá porovnaním cien telekomunikačných služieb mobilných operátorov v štátoch Európskej únie. Vytvorený bol návrh typických skupín zákazníkov a na základe dotazníkového prieskumu identifikované ich potreby. Na základe komplexného prieskumu ponúk operátorov bolo vypracované porovnanie mobilných služieb. Rozdielnosť trhov je rešpektovaná aplikovaním metodiky parity kúpnej sily. Výsledkom je analýza zobrazujúca diferenciáciu cien mobilných služieb v Európskej únii.

The aim of this thesis is a comparison of prices of mobile operator telecommunication services in countries of the European Union. A suggestion of typical customer groups was created and through a questionnaire survey their needs were identified. On the basis of a comprehensive survey of operators' offers a comparison of mobile services was developed. The diversity of markets is respected by application of purchasing power parities. The result is an analysis showing the differentiation of mobile service prices in the European Union.
