Formy šikany na pracovišti - Mobbing, Bossing

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o šikaně na pracovišti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje formy, techniky, důsledky, řešení, profil oběti a agresora mobbingu a bossingu. Praktická část se zabývá kvantitativním výzkumem ve vybrané společnosti na výskyt těchto negativních jevů. Průzkum je prováděn formou anonymních dotazníků. Výsledky průzkumu jsou shrnuty v tabulkách, grafech a následně okomentovány. Na závěr jsou navrhnuta možná opatření a doporučení pro danou firmu za účelem minimalizace šikany na pracovišti.

This bachelor thesis deals with bullying in the workplace. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the forms, techniques, consequences, solutions, victim and aggressor profile of mobbing and bossing. The practical part deals with quantitative research in the selected company, focusing on the occurrence of these negative aspects. The survey is conducted in the form of anonymous questionnaires. The survey results are summarized in tables, charts and subsequently commented on. Finally, possible measures and recommendations for the company are suggested in order to minimize bullying in the workplace.
