Možnosti fyzioterapie u pacientů po operacích ramenního kloubu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat problematikou ramenního kloubu po operaci. Konkrétně se bude řešit fyzioterapie u pacientů, kteří podstoupili operaci ramenního kloubu, a to artroskopii, cervikokapitální náhradu a reverzní náhradu kloubu. Práce je rozdělena do třech částí. V první teoretické části se čtenář bude moci seznámit s anatomií, biomechanikou ramenního kloubu a nejčastějšími postiženími pro tento kloub. Cílem bude podat ucelený pohled na problematiku tohoto složitého kloubu. Dále se čtenář bude moci dozvědět jasné a výstižné informace o výše zmíněných operačních zákrocích ramene, spolu s jejich operačními přístupy, indikacemi a kontraindikacemi a následnou fyzioterapií. V kapitole metodika budou vypsány a vysvětleny vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které byly použity v rámci kazuistik. Ve speciální části budou zpracovány tři kazuistiky. U každé z nich bude vypracován vstupní, kontrolní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor a navíc vyplnění dotazníkového šetření, které je cílené na otázky před a po operaci. U každé kazuistiky bude vypracován průběh terapií a na závěr výsledky. V diskuzi budou řešeny rozdíly ve fyzioterapii po konkrétních operačních zákrocích ramene.

This Bachelor thesis deals with the problems of the shoulder joint after an operation. Specifically, the thesis will discuss the physiotherapy of patients who have had a shoulder joint operation - arthroscopy, cervicocapital replacement and reverse joint replacement. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first theoretical part presents to readers the anatomy and biomechanics of the shoulder joint, and the most common issues and handicaps for the joint. The aim of the thesis is to give an overall view on the problems with this complicated joint. Moreover readers can discover clear and cogent information about the above mentioned shoulder operations, together with their operation processes, indicators and counterindicators, and subsequent physiotherapy. In the chapter about methodology, the medical investigation and therapeutic processes which are used in these cases, are described and explained. In a special part of the thesis three cases are discussed. In each case input, control and output kinesiologic analysis, are examined. Completed research questionnaires, aimed at questions before and after the operation, are detailed for each of the cases. For each of them the process of therapy is discussed, and the results are presented at the end. The discussion deals with the differences in physiotherapy after actual operations on the shoulder.
