Vytvoření nástroje pro podporu řízení vnitřních předpisů ÚHKT v souladu s akreditačními manuály organizace JCI a jejich porovnání s akreditačními manuály organizace SAK

Abstract

Cílem práce je srovnání akreditačních manuálů organizací SAK a JCI na příkladu platných vnitřních předpisů zdravotnického zařízení ÚHKT. Navazujícím cílem je navržení a vytvoření databázového nástroje pro zdravotnické zařízení ÚHKT. Součástí diplomové práce bylo zpracování rešeršní studie, na jejímž základě byla vytvořena metodika pro porovnání dokumentů. K realizaci této metodiky byl navržen a vytvořen databázový nástroj. Tvorba nástroje byla zahájena navržením vhodného datového modelu, dále pak návrh vazeb mezi strukturami zdrojových dokumentů a definování množiny funkcí databázového systému (na základě konzultací s odborníky z ÚHKT). Výstupem této práce je metodika pro porovnání a databázový nástroj, který umožňuje porovnání akreditačních manuálů organizací JCI a SAK. Nástroj současně splňuje očekávané požadavky zdravotnického zařízení ÚHKT na řízení vnitřních předpisův návaznosti na akreditační manuály JCI.

The purpose of this thesis is a comparison of the accreditation manuals of the organization SAK and JSI illustrated on the examples of operative internal regulations. The subsequent aim is to design and create a tool for The Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion (IHBT) in Prague. As a part of this thesis was processed a research study, which served for the creation of methodic used here for the comparison of these aforementioned documents. For implementation of this methodic a database tool was designed and created. Integral part of the creating of the tool is a proposal of a suitable data model as a suggestion of linkages between structures of ?the source documents and defining the set of functions of the database system (based on consultations with experts from the IHBT). The main outcome of this thesis is the methodic for comparison of a database tool, which enables to collate the accreditation manuals of the organizations SAK and JSI. The tool simultaneously fulfils the expectations and requirements of The Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion in respect of management of the internal regulations following the accreditation manuals of the JCI.
