Registrace zdravotnických prostředků v České republice

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce rozebírá problematiku evidence (formou registrace i notifikace) zdravotnických prostředků, a to nejenna území České republiky. Práce identifikuje mezinárodní principy přístupů k regulacímzdravotnických prostředků. Shrnuje aktuální legislativní nastavení těchto regulací ve Spojených státech amerických a vEvropské unii. Práce postupně fokusuje na řešení problematiky na úrovni Evropské unie, komparuje apostupně představuje řešení vybraných členských států. Představuje řešení vČeské republicea zasazuje jejdo evropského celku. Detailně vyhodnocuje změnu legislativy nanašem území, a to včetně definováníhlavních dopadů na regulované subjekty. Zabývá se též možnostmi využití registrů zdravotnických prostředků a jejich postavením. Nastiňuje problematiku hraničních výrobků. Představuje též systém unikátní identifikace zdravotnických prostředků a jeho možné zavedení vrámci Evropské unie, následně pak nanašem území.

This thesis analyzes the evidence (in the form of registration and notification) of medical devices not only in the Czech Republic area. It identifies the principles of international approaches to regulations for medical devices. It summarizes the current legislative bases of this regulations in the United States and in the area of the European Union. It gradually focuses to solve the matter at the European Union level and compares and sequentiall y presents the solutions in selected Member States.It presents solutions adopted in the Czech Republic and places it into the European strategy. It evaluates the change of legislation inCzech Republic area in details including the definition of the main impacts on regulated entities.It also checks the possibilities of applications of medical devices registers and their statuses. It outlines the issues of borderline products aswell. And it also describes anunique identification system for medical devices and their possible introduction and use in the European Union including Czech Republic
