Dopravní nehodovostv ČR a možnosti její prevence

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je problematika dopravní nehodovosti v České republice. Téma je stále aktuální vzhledem k narůstající kapacitě silniční dopravy jak na území České republiky, tak v zahraničí. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou definovány základní pojmy týkající se dopravy na pozemních komunikacích a dopravních nehod. Dále tato část obsahuje evropské předpisy a legislativu České republiky ve vztahu k provozu na pozemních komunikacích. V teoretické části je uveden vzdělávací proces řidičů a faktory ovlivňující bezpečnost jízdy. Rovněž jsou zde uvedeny základní informace k dopravním nehodám, jejich příčinám a preventivním projektům a kampaním. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická. Cílem diplomové práce je přinést ucelený náhled na problematiku dopravní nehodovosti a možnosti její prevence. Praktická část je tvořena analýzou vývoje dopravní nehodovosti v České republice v porovnání se sousedními státy, komparací národních strategií sousedních států s Národní strategií bezpečnosti silničního provozu 2011 - 2020 a průzkumným šetřením. Analýza vývoje dopravní nehodovosti na území České republiky je vytvořená na základě dostupných statistických dat a obsahuje údaje z let 2011 - 2015. Získané údaje jsou následně porovnávány s daty ze sousedních států, jejichž snaha se také zaměřuje na snížení mortality v důsledku dopravních nehod. Na tuto část navazuje komparace strategií, kde jsou na základě obsahové analýzy každé z nich popsány shodné a rozdílné prvky. Průzkumné šetření je založeno na anonymním dotazníku, který vyplnilo 852 řidičů z České republiky. Získaná data jsou prezentována formou tabulek a grafů. Na základě uvedených analýz, komparací a průzkumného šetření jsou v práci popsány návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení silniční bezpečnosti. V diskuzi je provedeno srovnání výsledků této diplomové práce s výsledky jiných autorů. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky a cíle práce.

This diploma thesis consists of the issue of transport related accidents in the Czech Republic. Due to the growing capacity of transport on the road not only in the Czech Republic, but also on foreign territory, the topic is of utmost importance. The theoretical part of the thesis contains the definitions of basic terms related to transport on roads and road accidents. Further included in this part are the European laws and the legislative of the Czech Republic compared to traffic on the roads. The process of educating drivers and factors influencing the safety of driving are also given in the theoretical part. Furthermore, basic information about road accidents, their causes and preventive projects and campaigns are also included. The practical part ties in to the theoretical part. The goal of the thesis is to bring a complete view of the problem regarding transport related accidents and options to prevent them. The practical part is made up of an analysis of the evolution of transport related accidents in the Czech Republic compared to neighboring countries, a comparison of national strategies of neighboring countries with the national strategies of safe road transport 2011 - 2020 and an inquiry. The analysis of evolution of transport related accidents within the Czech Republic is created on the basis of available statistics and contains data recorded in 2011 - 2015. Obtained data is then compared to the data of neighboring states, the goal of which is aimed at reducing mortality rates regarding transport related accidents. Tying into this portion is a comparison of strategies, where similar and contrasting elements are described based on the given analysis. Research is based on an anonymous survey, which was filled out by 852 drivers from the Czech Republic. Obtained data is presented in the form of tables and graphs. On the basis of given analysis, comparisons and research, suggestions and recommendations to raise safety on the road are given. A comparison of the results of the thesis with other authors is given in the discussion. The conclusion summarizes the results and the goals of the thesis.
