Postupy ve fyzioterapii k ovlivnění plochonoží

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na Postupy ve fyzioterapii k ovlivnění plochonoží. Nejprve jsou v teoretické části vysvětleny základy anatomie a kineziologie nohy nutné pro správné pochopení problematiky ploché nohy. Krátce se také zmíníme o chůzi a jejích fázích. Důležitou částí je kapitola o klenbě nohy, jejím rozdělení na podélnou a příčnou, a především její funkci a důležitosti. Dále se seznámíme s rozdělením této vady a jejími specifiky u dětí a dospělých. V metodologické části se nejprve zaměřujeme na metody potřebné k vyšetření pacienta s plochou nohou s ohledem na nutnost komplexní terapie. Dále jsou v této práci rozebrány jednotlivé metody a postupy, které je možné využít k ovlivnění ploché nohy. Tyto metody jsou následně aplikovány ve speciální části formou vypracování 4 kazuistik pacientů s plochonožím. Nejprve je provedeno vstupní vyšetření, na jehož základě je navržena terapie. Součástí jsou i popisy jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. Na závěr je uvedeno výstupní vyšetření s důrazem na hodnoty, u kterých došlo ke změně.

This thesis deals with the Proceedings in physiotherapy to improve flat feet conditions. At first, in the theoretical part the basics of anatomy and kinesiology of the feet are explained which is necessary for orientation in the problematics of flat feet . Then there is brief description of walk and its phases. The important issue is the chapter dedicated to the arch of the foot, its longitunidal and transverse structure and mainly its functionality and importance. Furthermore, there is an approach towards specifics of flat feet at children and adults. It the methodology, the thesis focuses on the methods necessary for examination of patients who suffer from flat feet with regard to the complexity of therapy. Moreover, other methods that may significantly influence the flat feet. These methods are further used in the Special part in four case histories of patients with flat feet. First of all, they undergo a medical examination and the results are considered for choosing an appropriate therapy. It also includes the description of therapeutic units. In the conclusion, the results of examination after each therapy put emphasis on changes which were brought by the therapy.
