Abstract

Specifika přístupu radiologického asistenta k dětské populaci při radiodiagnostickém vyšetření V práci se zabývám specifiky práce radiologického asistenta s dětskou populací. V teoretické části Vás seznámím s jednotlivými kapitolami z oblasti pediatrie, zobrazovací diagnostikou v pediatrii, zobrazovacími modalitami, radiační ochranou a specifiky u dětských pacientů. V praktické části jsem pomocí dat z FN Motol zjistila nejvyužívanější zobrazovací modalitu, věkovou skupinu a nejčastější vyšetření. Výsledná nejvyužívanější metoda je RTG, nejčetnější věková kategorie 6-11 let, a diagnostické vyšetření RTG kostí a kloubů končetin. Výsledek z řízených rozhovorů je takový, že rodiče jsou s průběhem vyšetření a prací RA spokojeni, pro děti je vyšetření srozumitelné, ale veřejnost je o IZ a jeho diagnostickém využívání neinformovaná.

The specifics of radiological assistant approaches to paediatric population during the radiodiagnostic examination My bachelor thesis deals with specifics of work of the radiological assistant working with paediatric population. In the theoretical part of this thesis I'm introducing individual chapters from the paediatrics, medical imaging in paediatrics, medical imaging modalities, radiation protection and its specifics connected with paediatric patients. In the practical part I found out the most widely used medical imaging modality, the age group and the most common examination, using the data from the FN Motol. The most commonly used method is X-ray, the most frequent age group are children from 6 to 11 years and the most commonly used examination method is X-ray of bones and joints. The result from the structured interview is such that parents are satisfied with the course of the examination as well as with the work of a radiological assistant, the examination is understandable for children as well, but the public is still not well informed about the ionizing radiation and its diagnostic use.
