Úrazy orofaciální oblasti v přednemocniční neodkladné péči

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou úrazy orofaciální oblasti. Práce se věnuje zejména diagnostice a terapii těchto úrazů v podmínkách přednemocniční neodkladné péče. Je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. Teoretická část shrnuje základní poznatky, týkající se problematiky úrazů obličeje, včetně mechanizmu vzniku poranění, základní diagnostiky a následné terapie s důrazem na postupy v podmínkách PNP. Pro lepší pochopení problematiky jsou teoretické znalosti doplněny také o základní informace, týkající se anatomie obličejové části. Praktická část formou kazuistik reflektuje nejčastější příčiny poranění obličeje, a to včetně rozboru postupů výjezdových skupin zdravotnické záchranné služby. Analýza byla zaměřena zejména na kvalitu a správnost vyšetření a provedených léčebných opatření u pacientů s orofaciálním poraněním v PNP. V několika případech analýza kazuistik odhalila nedostatky, a to zejména v postupu dle vyšetření ABCDE.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the traumatology of the orofacial area. The work deals with the diagnosis and treatment of these injuries in the conditions of pre-hospital emergency care. It is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part summarizes the basic knowledges concerning the problems of facial injuries, including the mechanism of injury, basic diagnostics and following therapy with emphasis on procedures in pre-hospital emergency care conditions. For a better understanding of the subject, the theoretical knowledges are also supplemented with basic information concerning facial anatomy. The practical part of case studies reflects the most common causes of facial injuries, including an analysis of the procedures of paramedic crews of the Emergency Medical Service. The analysis focused mainly on the quality and accuracy of the examinations and the treatment measures performed in patients with orofacial injuries in pre-hospital emergency care. In several cases, the case report revealed shortcomings, especially in the ABCDE procedure.
